PETERS, EDITH L., age 84, Winter Park, passed away Monday, December 15. Born in Indiana, Mrs. Peters moved to Central Florida in 1962. She was a member of the Aloma United Methodist Church, a volunteer with the Winter Park Memorial Hospital Auxiliary and Thrift Shop, and a member and past president of the Goldenrod Civic Club. She is survived by her daughter Laura Jean Legge, Yorktown, VA; sons, Eduard Billingsley, Orlando and Mark (Pam) Billingsley, Mountain City, TN; sister, Violet McLain, Indiana; grandchildren, Rebecca and Stephen Legge, Carolsue and Seth Billingsley. A memorial service will conducted Friday, December 19, 2PM at the Aloma United Methodist Church, with Pastor Bruce G. Williams, officiating. Interment will be Saturday, December 20, 10AM at the Chapel Hill Cemetery, 2400 Harrell Road, Orlando. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Aloma United Methodist Church, 3045 Aloma Avenue, Winter Park, FL 32792 or to the Winter Park Memorial Hospital Auxiliary, 200 North Lakemont Avenue, Winter Park, FL 32792.
