Beloved husband of Marilyn (Smith) Hamilton predeceased 2003. Loving father of Gayle Hamilton- Bignell (husband Cliff), Edna Albert (husband John) and Jeffrey Hamilton (wife Nadine). Cherished grandfather of Sherri, Tia, Kerri, Jessica, Genevive and Gabriele and great grandchildren Darby and Darcee. Dear son of John and Grace (Hunter) Hamilton predeceased. Dear brother of Jim Hamilton (wife Merle) and Ian Hamilton, predeceased by Barbara, Bill and Peter. Sadly missed by nieces and nephews. At Douglas' request there will be no funeral visitation or service. Cremation. The family will cherish his gift of memory celebrating his legacy of love in their lives. They wish him God speed to the other side where he will be reunited with his loving wife Marilyn.
