Dorothy Jeanette WilliamsOct. 6, 1940 to May 27, 2012Dorothy Jeanette Williams, age 71, passed away on Sunday, May 27, 2012.Dorothy was a native of Milton, FL. She was born to the late Fred and Annie Lee.She married Johnnie Williams on April 8, 1960 and followed her husband in his military career finally returning to Milton in 1977. She also followed him in his second career as an Assembly of God Pastor until his retirement from Welcome 1st. Assembly of God. She served as a church pianist wherever her husband's service took them. Dorothy is survived by her husband of 52 years, Rev. Johnnie Williams of Milton; two sons, Frederick (Ann) Williams of Milton and John (Donna) Williams of Covington, LA; one daughter, Anita (Preston) Ray of Indian Trail, NC; six grandchildren, Nicole (Ivan) Delabruere, Frederick Williams II, Shaun Williams, Brandon Ray, Patrick Ray and Erin Williams; four great grandchildren, Joel, Desire, Regan and Lianna; two sisters, Judy Menton of Milton and Ann (Ed) Joyner of Pensacola. Funeral services will be held at 11AM Thursday, May 31, 2012 at Lewis Funeral Home Milton Chapel with Rev. Donald Leavins and Pastor Roger McGraw.Burial to follow in Milton Cemetery.
