Dorothy R. Heaton, age 82, died Wednesday, November 6, 2013. She was born in Fayetteville, AL to the late John William and Minnie Bell Butler Roberson. She was also preceded in death by her son, Greg Heaton. Mrs. Heaton was the owner / operator of the Peter Pan Day Care. Dorothy is survived by her husband, Bill Heaton; children, Raleigh (Karen)Heaton, Rodney (Pamela)Heaton,Carolyn (Jimmy) Bryan, and Georgia (Bill) Chancellor; 15 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00am on Monday November 11, 2013 at the Chapel of Cannon Cleveland Funeral Directors with, Rev. Ricky Marson officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Sunday from 4:00pm to 6:00pm at the funeral home.
