Dorothy Parks-Horne, 80, of Trenton died Tuesday, May 1, 2012 at Royal Health Gate Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Born in Pendleton, NC, Mrs. Horne was a resident of Trenton for most of her life. She was a member of Wayne Avenue Baptist Church. Predeceased by her parents, Folsie and Leslie Parks, husband, Thaddeus Lee Horne, children, Clifton Parks, Jr. and James Boyd Horne, siblings, Theodor, Eddie, Albania and Lloyd Parks, six sisters-in-law, Annie M. Self, Carolyn Barrett, Dorothy Campbell, Bertha and Ruby Parks, and Jessie little, one brother-in-law; John Sanford surviving are her loving children; Larry (Jamelia) Parks; of Willingboro, Curtis; Patricia; Eric; Stephanie Horne and Tyrone Boyd; all of Trenton, three sisters; Hazel Sanford; Azzie Little and Florence Parks; all of NC, one Brother; William Parks; of Willingboro, one sister-in-law; Alice parks; one daughter-in-law; Peggy Parks; one son-in-law; Kevin Queen; 19 grandchildren including; Clifton Parks, Jr.; Larry & Tameka Freeman; and Kevin Horne; 10 great grandchildren; three special friends; Sandra Riley Teresa Barnes; and Mary Williams and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends including longtime companion of 40 years Clyde Wimbush.Funeral Services will be at 10 a.m. on Tuesday (May 8) at Wayne Avenue Baptist Church 30 Wayne Ave. Trenton, NJ. Interment will be in Beverly National Cemetery, Beverly, NJ. Calling hours will be from 9-11 a.m. on Tuesday at the church.Arrangements are by Campbell Funeral Chapel, Trenton.
