Dorothy B. Moore Coldwater, MI/Highland,IN Dorothy B. Moore, age 90, Coldwater, MI passed away on Sunday, Septermber 11, 2005 at The Laurels of Coldwater. She is survived by her sons: Richard (Marti) Moore of Brazil, IN and August (Vicki) Moore of Alamo, CA; daughters: Mary Weigus of Coldwater and Linda (Stephen) Walker of Ontonagon, MI; grandchildren: Charlie (Renee) Weigus of Lemoore, CA, Erin (Jerry) Harmon of Coldwater, Laura (James) Aho of Appleton, WI, Richard (Jackie) Moore of Naperville, IL, Katherine Alfrey of Valparaiso, IN, Margaret Alfrey of Ontonagon, MI, Nicholas Moore and Emily Moore both of Alamo, CA; great-grandchildren: Jaden, Joel, Jonah, Mary, Emma, Joseph, Justin, Nicole and Emily. Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband, Richard on February 16, 1995, one brother and five sisters. Dorothy was born on November 19, 1914 in East Chicago, IN to August and Emily (Goddard) Berg. She married Richard Moore on December 19, 1939 in East Chicago. Dorothy has lived in Branch County for the past eight years coming from Highland, Indiana where she had lived most of her life and was a member of the Highland First Presbyterian Church. Dorothy has been a Registered Nurse at St. Catherine's Hospital in East Chicago for four years before starting her family. She enjoyed cooking and sewing. She enjoyed being a homemaker and loved spending time with her large family. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 17, 2005 at 3 pm at the Coldwater First Presbyterian Church. Visitation will be on Friday, September 16, 2005 from 5-8pm at Dutcher Funeral Home in Coldwater with pastor Debby Semon-Scott of St. Peter's Episcopal Church in Hillsdale officiating.
