MACK, DOROTHY COHOES - Dorothy Mae Green Mack, 94, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 4, 2011 at the Evergreen Commons in East Greenbush. Dorothy was born in Troy on September 12, 1917, and was the daughter of the late Arthur J. and Dorothy Queenie Swinger Green. A homemaker, Dorothy resided in Cohoes for the majority of her life and was a resident of the Mc Donald Towers there for over 25 years. She enjoyed ceramics, knitting and crafts and was a fan of the NY Mets. She was a communicant of St. Michael's Church in Cohoes and formerly attended St. Bernard's Church. She was the loving mother of Donna Marie Dennis (late George) of Cohoes and Clifford "Skip" Fuller Mack (Joanne) of Cohoes; the devoted grandmother of Michael (Lisa), Kevin (Theresa), Todd (Laura), Jason, Jeremy and Joshua (Alison). She is also survived by ten cherished great-grandchildren. Funeral from the Bowen & Parker Bros. Funeral Home, 97 Old Loudon Road, Latham on Friday at 1 pm and then to St. Michael's Church, Cohoes where at 1:30 pm a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Relatives and friends are invited and may also visit the funeral home, prior to the services, on Friday from 11 am until 1 pm. Following cremation, a private interment will take place in Memory Gardens, Colonie.
