Dorothy Louise Lindseyof Unadilla, N.Y.Dorothy Louise Lindsey, 74, of Unadilla, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, September 3, 2004 at Wilson Memorial Hospital in Johnson City. She was born June 1, 1931, daughter of the late Gilbert Ross and Mabel (Miller) Kinter in Fenton, N.Y. Dorothy married Robert Lindsey on April 4, 1954 in Afton, N.Y. He predeceased her on January 17,1999. She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Susan and Dale Smith, Afton; son and daughter-in-law, David and Cherokee Lindsey, Unadilla; her grandchildren, Trisha, Cheyenne, Conner and Corey; her beloved dog, Gizmo; niece, Barbara and husband James Cole, Wells Bridge, N.Y.; great-nieces, Glenna Carey and Sandra Goodrich; great-nephew, Thomas Goodrich; great great-nieces, Ashley and Abreanna Goodrich and Beth Carey; great great-nephew, Zach Carey; brother and sister-in-law, Richard and Wilma Kinter, Guilford; and brother-in-law, William and Janice Lindsey, Norwich. She was also predeceased by four brothers and four sisters.Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, September 6, 2005 at C.H. Landers Funeral Chapel, 21 Main St., Sidney. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, 10:30 a.m. in C.H. Landers Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery, Bainbridge.
