ObituaryDOROTHY LOUJOHNSONMOUNT ARLINGTON, NJ Dorothy Lou Johnson (nee Miller), 85, of Mount Arlington, died at her daughter's home in Sparta, NJ, on Thursday, December 8, 2005.Born and raised in Syracuse, NY, Mrs. Johnson lived there for 20 years before moving to Ithaca, NY where she lived for 48 years. She then moved to Venice, FL, where she resided for 14 years, until moving to Mount Arlington 3 years ago.Mrs. Johnson attended Cazenovia College in NY where she received an Associate of Arts Degree. She also volunteered with the Tompkins County Hospital Auxiliary.Loving mother of Virginia Lynn Truran and her husband, William of Sparta, NJ, James Johnson and his wife, Elizabeth of Leesburg, VA, and Jeffrey Johnson of Raleigh, NC; devoted grandmother of Michael Wells and his wife, Catherine, Wendy Wells Coyman and her husband, David, Patrick Johnson and Clark Johnson; great-grandmother of Marilyn, Kate, and Scot Wells, and Kelly and Nash Coyman; cherished sister of William Miller and his wife, Nancy, and the late Carolyn and Robert Caul.A memorial service to celebrate Mrs. Johnson's life will be scheduled in the spring.
