Dorothy Ellen Tinsley Lee, 58, of 209 Indian Trail Road, died Thursday, Nov. 28, 2002, at Anderson Area Medical Center. She was a daughter of the late Gartrell and Pauline Roach Tinsley. Survivors: Sons, Timothy Edward Upchurch and John Travis Lee, both of Seneca; daughter, Donna Upchurch Baker of Anderson; brothers, Billy Tinsley of Conyers and Nick Tinsley of Anderson; sister, Sandra T. Winstead of West Union; and two grandchildren. Visitation: 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday at Oconee Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel.
