ObituaryDorothy H. Todd passed away peacefully at the Hope Hospice House, Cape Coral, FL Friday, June 5, 2009. She would have been 87 on June 12, 2009. She was the daughter of the late Mary M. and Charles Hess, Conestoga, PA.Her husband David preceded her in death just 6 weeks ago. They had celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary last December. Dorothy lived in Neffsville, PA until her retirement from the former Warner Lambert Pharmaceutical Company, Lititz PA for 22 years and retired in 1981 and moved to Florida.Dorothy was a member of the James Buchanan Chapter Order of the Eastern Star, Lancaster, PA for over 30 years.Surviving are two daughters, Patricia A. Hartman, wife of Dean W. Hartman, Cape Coral, FL, Sharon L. Anderson, wife of Bruce Anderson, Corona Del Mar, CA, a beloved grandson, Dean Todd Hartman, Cape Coral, FL and brother Robert Hess, Lititz, PA.Dorothy and her husband enjoyed boating, fishing, crabbing on the Chesapeak Bay traveling in their motorhome and cruises.Final interment will be in Manheim, PA as was their wish.
