WARRENVILLE, S.C. - Entered into rest Tuesday, morning, December 16th, 2008, at her home. Mrs. Dorothy Grace Heath, 70, of Warrenville, SC, beloved wife of fifty-three years to James Lloyd Heath, Sr., and daughter of the late Kenneth L. and Gladys M. Bitters. Born in Hartsville, SC, she had been an area resident most of her life where she was a member of Pine Forest Baptist Church. She retired after eighteen years of service as an Inspector with Dymo Products. Mrs. Heath was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend who loved her family and friends dearly. She enjoyed fishing and bowling. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, James Lloyd Heath, Jr., (Debra) Warrenville, SC, Steven L. Heath, Warrenville, SC, Peggy Coleman, (Pepper) Clearwater, SC, and LaDawn Turner, (James) Warrenville, SC; two sisters of Graniteville, SC, six grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and several special friends from Pine Forest Baptist Church. At her request, Mrs. Heath was cremated and a Celebration of Life Service will be held Thursday, December 18th, 2008, at 4 o'clock at Hatcher Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Langley, SC, with Pastor Ron Doss officiating. The family respectfully requests that flowers be omitted and memorials in memory of Mrs. Heath be made to Pine Forest Baptist Church, P.O. 97 Langley, SC 29834. Friends may call at the family residence. The family will greet friends Wednesday, December 17th, 2008, from 6 until 8 o'clock at Hatcher Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Langley, SC.
