Dorothy Gaddis Williams, age 79, of Gainesville, passed away Sunday, Jan. 27, 2013, at New Horizons North following a brief illness.Funeral services are scheduled for Tuesday, Jan. 29, 2013, at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with Dr. Bill Coates officiating. Interment will be held in Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday, Jan. 28, 2013, from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.Mrs. Williams was born Jan. 17, 1934, in Gainesville to the late I.J. and Dovie Garrett Gaddis. She was co-owner of D&W Appliance with her late husband, Manuel Edward Williams.
