KEARNEY Mrs. Dorothy E. Kearney, age 89 of Easton, beloved wife of the late William D. Kearney, passed away Wednesday, December 3, 2008 at St. Vincent's Medical Center, Bridgeport. Daughter of the late Harold and Ella Stradinger Fallon, she was born November 25, 1919, in New Canaan. Survivors include her loving son, William Kearney and his wife, Carolyn of Easton; three grandchildren, Briana and Jonathan Kearney of Easton and Matthew Kearney and his fianc, Meghan Banville of Wilmington, Mass.; a sister, Ella Wells of Milton, Vt.; and a brother, Albert Fallon and his wife, Carol of Norwalk. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two grandchildren, Jeffrey and Colleen Kearney. A funeral service will be held Saturday, December 6, 2008 in the Cody-White Funeral Home, 107 Broad Street on the Green, Milford, 10 a.m., with interment to follow in Lakeview Cemetery, New Canaan.
