Dorothy Donnelly ROBBINSVILLE - Dorothy L. Donnelly, 90, of Robbinsville passed away Monday in Rosehill Assisted Living. Born in Long Branch, NJ, Mrs. Donnelly was a Trenton/Hamilton Township area resident since 1939. She was a member of St. Mark United Methodist Church and a former member of Greenwood Avenue United Methodist Church. Dorothy was also a lifetime member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Colonial Volunteer Fire Company, Colonial Senior Citizens Group, the Mothers of Twins of Mercer County, the Hamilton Hospital 50+ Club and its quilting club. She was a former member of the Gems Bowling league at Slocum Lanes. Dot and her late husband were former volunteers with the Meals at Home Program for the Visiting Nurses Association. Wife of the late William Donnelly, she is survived by six sons and daughters-in-law, William G. and Patricia H. Donnelly of Columbus, Wayne R. and Kathleen E. Donnelly of Kendall Park, Kenneth J. and Brenda J. Donnelly of Woodbridge, VA, Brian K. and Mary Ann Donnelly of Mercerville, Douglas A. and Mary Beth Donnelly of Millburn, and David B. and Jean M. Donnelly of Freehold; 12 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and many close friends. The funeral service will be held 9:30 a.m. Monday at the Saul Colonial Home, 3795 Nottingham Way, Hamilton Square, NJ. Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery, Hamilton, NJ. Family and friends may call 2-4 p.m. Sunday at the Colonial Home.
