COLUMBUS, NC -->Dorothy Dimsdale 'Dot' Morris COLUMBUS, NC-- Dorothy Dimsdale 'Dot' Morris, 74 from Columbus NC passed away October, 17, 2014. She was born July 1, 1940. She was the Daughter of the late McClure Whitaker and Beatrice Deadman. She was a member of Midway Baptist Church. She had six Brothers and Sisters, Predeceased; Weldon Dimsdale, Juanita Deadman. Survivors; Jeanette Conner, Faye Ravan, Mac Dimsdale, Gene Dimsdale. Seven Children, David Dimsdale, Tammy Randall, Glenna Chennery, Denise Sluder, Beth Fowler, Cindy Ellenburg, Jennifer Fisher; 15 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. Memorial service will be held Saturday, 10/25/14, 2:00 PM at Emmanuel Baptist Church, 500 Fox Mountain Road Columbus, NC. Family will receive friends in the fellowship hall following the service.
