WILLIAMS, Doris Jean (Hyatt) - Passed away peacefully at Copper Terrace Long Term Care Facility, Chatham on Monday, December 29, 2008 at the age of 82. Mom has gone to heaven to rejoice with the love of her life, Leonard Williams (1992), precious son Patrick Williams (1992) and dear son-in-law Leonard Dawson (2005). Mom was the last of her family, born in Sarnia to the late Howard and Lorrienne Hyatt (Smith) and predeceased by her sisters Elaine (Perry) and Barbara (Gingrich). Mom lived all of her life in Sarnia until 1998 when she moved to Chatham. She is survived by her daughters Brenda Parsons (Earl), Donna Jean Culnan (Robert) of Chatham, Cheryl Dawson, and daughter-in-law Karen Williams of Sarnia. She was a loving grandmother of 9 and great grandmother of 11. Funeral services will be held from the Chapel of D.J.ROBB FUNERAL HOME on Friday, January 2nd at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Lakeview Cemetery. Visitation will take place at the funeral home on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until time of service. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, Canadian Cancer Society or Sarnia Humane Society would be appreciated by the family (cheques only please).
