Peacefully after a lengthy illness on Saturday, March 23, 2002 at the age of 83 years. Beloved wife of the late Frank Martin. Predeceased by her parents Nina and Hector Smith of Plenty, Saskatchewan (originating from Low, Quebec). Dear mother of Nancy (Franco Liberta) of Ottawa, Jack (Deborah Wright) of Kenora, Marilyn (Jac van Beek) of Kanata, Christine (Roy Gould) of Vancouver and Greg (Iveta Heffernan) of Calgary. Loving grandmother of Shannon, Kelly, Patrick Martin, Consuelo, Rebecca, Nicholas van Beek, Shilo Schubert, Carla, Emily Gould and great-grandsons Matheo and Keoni Schubert. Dear sister of Lloyd Smith, Murial Kitson, Pearl Peters, Lois Story, Betty Smiley and predeceased by Clarence, Cortes, Leonard, Bazil Smith and Edith Schurman. Dear sister-in-law of Corrine McCloskey, Buster and Lou Martin. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews.
