Dora Jane Smithof Great Bend, Pa.Dora Jane Smith, 87, of Great Bend, Pa., passed away December 22, 2003 in Susquehanna, Pa. She was the wife of Chet Smith who predeceased her August 22, 1998. Surviving is a son, Donald W. Brink, Great Bend, Pa.; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Frederick and Dorothy VanVleck, Rochester, N.Y. George and Grace VanVleck, Great Bend, Pa.; a sister and brother-in-law, Betty Mae and Erwin Flint, Windsor, N.Y.; two half sisters, Sally and Joseph Orzel, Windsor, N.Y., Shirley Talucci, Conklin, N.Y.; four grandchildren, Russell Shelly and Michael Butler, Betty Jane Fisher, Roxanne and Arnold Beavers; several great-grandchildren. Dora was a member of United Methodist Community Church, Great Bend, Pa. and V.F.W. Post 6223 Auxiliary. She was a supervisor at Vail-Ballou, Kirkwood, N.Y.A funeral service will be held at Tuttle-Yeisley Funeral Home, 5 Susquehanna Avenue, Hallstead, Pa., Saturday, December 27, 2003 at 2 p.m. with Pastor Don Littleton officiating. Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery. The family will receive callers from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
