Dora, 94, departed November 18, 2005. She was born July 9, 1911, in Poncy, Mo., to Fount and Plina Flood. She grew up in Nixa. Dora is survived by one daughter, Carol Forste and her husband, Stanley of Springfield three grandchildren, Sandra Kidd, Terri White and James Roberson, all of Mt. Home, Arkansas a brother, Clyde Flood and his wife, Eloise of Springfield and seven great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren, all of Mt. Home. Dora was preceded in death by four brothers, Lloyd, Leslie, Lawrence "Jake", and Clifford and two sisters, Virginia and Ethel Doran. Dora had lived the past five years in Christian Health Care Center West, where she leaves many friends. Funeral services will be held today, Nov. 22, at 1 p.m. in Greenlawn North, with burial to follow in White Chapel Cemetery, Springfield.
