Donna Margaret May Fiendel (née Smith) December 07, 1934 - September 30, 2004 Funeral arrangements by Atlantic Funeral Home (Lower Sackville) FIENDEL, Donna Margaret May - 69, St. Margaret's Bay Road, passed away Thursday, September 30, 2004, in the New Halifax Infirmary, QEII. Born on December 7, 1934 in Naton, Alta. She was a daughter of the late Lucy May (Stacey) and Charles Walter Smith. Donna will be greatly missed by her family. She was treasured by all and was a highly involved member of the St. Margaret's Bay Baptist Church. Her greetings, smiles and the friendship she shared with so many will be cherished by all who came to know her. She is survived by her children, Charles Fiendel, Debra (Dale) Boutilier, Diane (Larry) Mason, Linda (Kenneth) Mason, Bruce (Jacqueline) Fiendel, Gwen Fiendel; grandchildren, Kenneth, Heidi, Sarah, Amanda, Kelly, Jody, Christopher, Caitlin, Kristin; great-grandchildren, Hailey, Abigail, Nathaniel; sisters, Mavis (Ralph) Barnes, Alberta; Elaine (Brian) Doege, Texas; brother, George (Gloria) Smith, Alberta. At Donna's request, cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. in St. Margaret's Bay Baptist Church, Friday, October 8, Pastor Richard Moore officiating. A time of fellowship will follow immediately after the service in the church hall. Burial will be at a later date.
