The funeral for Donna Jeanette Walker, 51, of Town Creek, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 10, 2010, at Jackson Memory Funeral Home chapel.Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home. Burial will be in Grassey Cemetery in Lexington, Ala. Ms. Walker died Wednesday at her home.She was preceded in death by her parents, Tonice Dewell Walker and Margreet Turpen; a brother, Jeff Walker; and a special friend, Linda Gail (Nana).She is survived by her daughters, Beth Dawson Birdwell, Jessica Dawson Walker, Amy Ray, Pam Elrod and Lee Ann McKinney; her grandchildren, Alexis Birdwell, Jordan Ray, Carley Ray, Tanner Elrod, Taylor Elrod and Alex McKinney; her sister, Pam Sterling; and brothers, Roger Walker and Gaylon Walker; special friends, Sarah South, Tammi Thompson and Katherine Byers; a host of nephews, nieces and friends.She will be remembered as hard working, with a tremendous heart, her beautiful flowers and forever devoted to her family and friends.
