Donald R. St. OngeLongtime Westford resident, Air Force Vet; 80 WESTFORD -- Donald R. St. Onge, age 80, passed away on Tuesday morning, August 28, 2012, at Lowell General Hospital, after a lengthy illness.He was the beloved husband of Claire L. (Boisvert) St. Onge who passed away March 13, 2008.Donald was born in Lowell on March 5, 1932, son of the late Henry and Blanche (Beaulieu) St. Onge. He was a longtime resident of Westford, and a US Air Force Veteran of the Korean War.Prior to his retirement, he was employed as an entomologist with Hanscom Air Force Base, Civil Engineer Branch for over 30 years.He is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law, Donald E. and Margaret St. Onge of Hudson, NH, and Richard D. St. Onge of Nashua, NH; a daughter and son-in-law, Debra L. and Stephen Flynn of Lowell; four grandsons, David and Jeffrey St. Onge of Hudson, NH, Michael and Matthew St. Onge of Nashua, NH; a brother, Raymond St. Onge of Vaughn, Montana; a sister-in-law, Lorraine Christian and her husband, Donald of Lowell; also many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.He was the brother of the late Lucille Viera and June Rocheleau.ST. ONGE -- Relatives and friends may call at the M. R. LAURIN & SON FUNERAL HOME, 295 Pawtucket St., Lowell on Thursday, August 30 from5 until 8 pm. His Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday morning at 11 o'clock at St. John the Evangelist Church, N. Chelmsford. Interment in St. Joseph Cemetery.
