Donald M. Hoyt, age 57, of Athens, entered Heaven on Monday, March 25, 2013.Mr. Hoyt was the son of Richard L. Hoyt Sr. and Frances Christine Clark Hoyt, and the husband of Kathy Wells Hoyt. He was a class of 1973 graduate of Monroe Area High School and a class of 1977 graduate of the University of Georgia. He spent most of his working life in mechanical maintenance. He was a long-term employee of Lanier Gardens Talmage Terrace. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, March 27, at the chapel of Bernstein Funeral Home.
