EDGEWATER - Donald L. "Grassy" Hamilton, 75, of Royal Palm Drive, a 30-year press operator in Ohio, died March 29 at home. Mr. Hamilton, an Army veteran of the Korean War, was born in Hillsboro, Ohio, and moved here in 1992 from Ohio. He was a member of the American Legion, the Fishing Club, Troy Fishing and Game and the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Ohio. Mr. Hamilton enjoyed trapping and gardening. Survivors include a son, Darryl Idle, South Daytona; a daughter, Melissa Hamilton, Edgewater; three brothers, Jim, Leesburg, Ohio; Paul, Cincinnati, and Terry, Lexington, Ky.; six sisters, Jane Morrow, Hillsburg, Ohio, June Whaley, Sarasota, JoAnne Rings, Grove City, Ohio, Indianapolis, Ohio, Donna Helewegen, Myrtle Beach, S.C., and Patricia Narcross, Greenfield, Ohio; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
