HARRIS, Dona Thomas, 87, completed her journey home Tuesday, August 17, 2004. She was born in Pennington Gap, Va., and was raised in St. Charles, Va. Married to John A. Harris in April of 1946, Dona spent 53 years happily married. The latter portion of her married life was spent in Abingdon, Va. She came to live with her daughter, Janis, in Lutz, Fla., five years ago. Dona is survived by her daughters, Janis (Bob) Graham and Patricia Ann (Tommy) Corbett of Carterville, Ga.; and grandchildren, Kaitlin, Elaina, Leigh Ann and Bill. Services will be held at 11 a.m. August 21, 2004, at First United Methodist Church of Land O'Lakes. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations to the Grounds Fund at Green Springs Presbyterian Church, 22007 Green Springs Church Road, Abingdon, Va.
