He was born July 5, 1955, in Florence to V.V and Letha Carter.Memorial services will be held Sunday, April 13, 2014, at 3 p.m. at Parkway Funeral Home with Rick Johnson officiating. Visitation will be from 1 to 3 p.m. at the funeral home.Survivors include his wife, Angie Carter; one daughter, Harley Carter; two stepsons, Will Stevens and Sawyer Stevens; one grandchild, Skylyn Stevens; one brother, Nolan Carter; and one sister, Doris Cofield.
