Murphy, Dolores B., passed away on November 1, 2009. Dolores entered eternal life in heaven on the Feast of All Saints, to be reunited with her beloved husband, William. She is the greatest blessing of her children: Michael (Pamela) Murphy, Sharon (Bruce) Miller, Mary Lou (Ralph) LaMacchia, Larry (Dana) Murphy and Patrick (Whitney) Murphy. Her Grandchildren were the joy of her life: Colleen (Dave) Throndson, Kelly Murphy, Michael Miller, Scott Murphy, Michelle Miller (Antielle Casseus), Melissa Murphy (Mark) Petrazella, Ben and Tayla LaMacchia, Megan, Kyle and Finn Murphy and Luke and Colin Murphy. She was blessed with three great-grandchildren: Ronan Casey Throndson, Anthony James Casseus and Rafael LaMacchia. Mom has been a resident of Florida since 1957, when she established a lifetime friendship with Genevieve Findlan, and was proud Godmother of her daughter Nora Findlan. Dolores is the daughter of Hugh George and Mary Bridget Rafferty Breen of Northern Ireland. She is survived by her sisters Jean, Margaret and Maureen, and predeceased by her brother Hugh and sister Frances. Dolores was a member of St. Clement Catholic Church, and then in 1968 was a founding member of St. Helen Catholic Church where she served and worked through December 1999. In 2000 she was awarded the Papal Medal for living her faith in a heroic manner. Mom and Dad sacrificed everything to educate their five very blessed children in the Faith. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Respect Life Ministry, 5115 Coconut Creek Parkway, Margate, FL 33063 - (In loving memory of Dolores B. Murphy). Viewing and visitation will be at T.M. Ralph Funeral Home, Plantation on Thursday, November 5th from 4PM to 8PM, with a Rosary Service at 7PM. Dolores' Holy Funeral Mass will be Friday, November 6th at 11AM at St. Helen Catholic Church in Lauderdale Lakes, followed by burial at Our Lady Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
