JONES Dissie Mae Jones, a resident of 1771 Edgewood Avenue, passed December 28, 2003. She was a member of Westside Church of Christ, 23 West 8th Street, Brother Pete Jackson, Pastor. Mrs. Jones is survived by a devoted family that includes brother, Simon Jones; sister-in-law, Alberta Jones; nephew, Charles Jenkins & family; caregiver, Elder Lonnie Stewart, Jr; a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m. Saturday at her church and the interment will be in Edgewood Cemetery. Mrs. Jones may be viewed Friday at Carthage Chapel Funeral Home from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. The family has asked the cortege to assemble at 5111 Dunstan Road.
