BROWN Dianne Bernice (nee Kozak) July 27, 1949 - February 29, 2008 Passed away at Surrey Memorial Hospital. It is with great sadness we announce that Dianne passed away peacefully at the age of 58 after a continuous, courageous battle with cancer. She is survived by her loving husband James of the past 23 years, her loving son Anthony, stepsons Alfred, Russell and Joseph. Also survived by her loving brother Larry (Carmie), niece Kori (Rob) and their son Ethan, great aunt Stella and 3 step grandchildren. The family would like to thank the doctors and nurses at Surrey Memorial Hospital for the care and compassion shown to Dianne and the family. Also thanks to Dr. Donna Forrest, the nurses and staff at Vancouver General Hospital, Bone Marrow Transplant Clinic for their care during the past 7 years. Memorial service to be held Saturday, March 8, 2008 at 1:00 p.m., First Memorial, Fraser Heights Chapel, 14835 Fraser Hwy., Surrey, BC. In lieu of flowers, donations to cancer research would be appreciated.
