WALLINGFORD - Diane Wenck Brown, 90, of Masonicare Health Center, died Friday, Aug. 29, 2014. She was the loving wife of the late Marshall S.B. Brown.She was born in Mt. Vernon, N.Y., a daughter of the late Ernest E. and Florence A. Hummel Wenck. She had been an avid sailor and cherished the time she spent at the Milford Yacht Club, where she was a lifelong member. She was employed at R.H. Macy's and G. Fox Co. for many years, and also was a Realtor.She was predeceased by her brothers, James and Ernest Wenck. She is survived by her niece, nephews, and many dear friends.A memorial service will be held Wednesday, Sept. 3, at 2 p.m., in the chapel of Masonicare Health Center (located on the third floor of the main building).
