December 31, 2007 Diana Lynn Hall, 34, of Frederick, MD, died unexpectedly Monday, December 31, 2007. Born April 29, 1973, in Rome, New York, she was the daughter of Cynthia A. Clark and Robert Hall and the stepdaughter of Robert L. Bass Jr. She resided in Frederick for most of her life and was a graduate of Liganore High School, Class of 1991. Diana was a precious gift from God and will be missed by her son, Griffin Jacob Fisher; her maternal grandmother and grandfather, Donald and Charlotte Clark of Baldwinsville, NY; stepgrandmother, Verna Bass; sisters Laura Michele Bass and Melissa Ann Windley and her husband Brian; many aunts, uncles and cousins; her nephew, Gabriel Clark Windley; and a dear friend, Harley Hurd. A memorial service was held Saturday, January 5, 2008, at 10 a.m. at the Evangelical Lutheran Church of the Redeemer in Damascus. Pastor John Bromhal officiated. Interment followed at Mount Olivet Cemetery, Frederick. Arrangements and services were handled by Keeney & Basford P.A. Funeral Home, Frederick, MD.
