April 6, 1958 – March 12, 2015It is with great sadness and much love that we say goodbye to Denise Thompson, Mom, Auntie, Grandma and Friend. Denise passed away gracefully, surrounded by her loved ones, at the age 56 years.Denise will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her husband, John of 36 years; children, Shawn (Meghan), Mike (Cathy), daughter-in-law, Ali; grandchildren, Abby, Jaxen, Madison and Katelyn; brother, Terri (Laura) Sitko and sister, Vicky Vervynck; as well as numerous relatives and friends. Denise is predeceased by her parents, Jean and Peter Sitko.A Celebration of Denise's Life will take place on Tuesday, March 17, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Memories Funeral Home and Crematorium, 13403-St. Albert Trail, Edmonton.
