Harrington, 61 of Millbrook, NY died Friday, June 29, 2012 at home.Born in Poughkeepsie, NY on August 1, 1950 she is the daughter of the late Edward Harrington and Shirley Glebatis.Deborah was a member of St. Joseph's Church in Millbrook. She was a loving Mother, Nana and a great person to all that knew her.Survivors include her two daughters, Jennifer A. Duncan and Rebecca L. Herring, four Step Children, Tammy Bell, James Bell Jr., Shawn Bell, Jamie Otis, three grandchildren, Samara Anderson, Jaidyn Herring, G'anni Cain, eight step grandchildren. Her former husband, James H. Bell Sr. and her great Aunt, Patricia Smalley.In addition to her parents she is predeceased by her Step Father, John Glebatis and her first husband William "Jeppy" Duncan.A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:00 AM Thursday, July 5, 2012 at the St. Joseph's Church 17 North Ave. Millbrook, NY.
