ANDERSON David Warren Anderson, 72, passed away peacefully on October 8, 2004. He was born in Lewiston, Maine and graduated from the University of Maine in 1954. Mr. Anderson served in the U.S. Army. He worked for Travelers Ins. Co. for 43 years, mainly in Burlington, Vermont. He was a longtime member of the Cairo Temple Shrine Club and has been a member of the Rotary Club for many years, most recently in the Bartram Trail Club in Fruit Cove. He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Marylou; daughter Carol Bernard; son, William Anderson; and granddaughter, Kristen Bernard. A memorial service will be held at 2:30 P.M. on Tuesday, October 12, at the Episcopal Church of Our Savior on Mandarin Road. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Community Hospice of Northeast Florida, 4266 Sunbeam Road, Jacksonville, FL 32257, or the American Cancer Society.
