HOOD, David, 82, of St. Petersburg, Fla., formally of New Port Richey, and Pinellas Park, Fla., passed away on Friday, November 5, 2004 at St. Petersburg General Hospital, St. Petersburg, Fla. Born in Cowie, Scotland he moved to Florida in 1978 from Parma, Ohio and was an electrician for U.S. Steel Company in Cleveland, Ohio. A World War II veteran serving in the U.S. Navy and a member of the American Legion Post #252, Seminole, Fla, he is survived by a son, George B. Hood, of Murphy, N.C.; a grandson, David Hood, of Key Port, N.J.; and a great-granddaughter, Breann Hood. Graveside Services will be held on Monday, November 8, at 11 a.m. in Grace Memorial Gardens, Hudson, Fla. Arrangements made by the Bell Funeral Home 7532 State Road 52 Hudson. Florida (727) 863-2404
