GREENVILLE, SC-- David Alvah Lee, 45, of 122 Oakview Drive, died Saturday, November 19, 2005 at Greenville Memorial Hospital.Born in Greenville, Mr. Lee was the son of Burke A. Lee and Constance Ware Lee. He was employed with Burke Lee State Farm Insurance Agency, and formerly owned and operated Sunshine Flowers and Gifts. He graduated from Greenville High School, and was a member of First Baptist Church Spartanburg. He was a former choir member and very active in the youth ministry.Mr. Lee was a loyal supporter of Furman Athletics, Florida State University Football and Fellowship of Christian Athletes.He is survived by his mother, Connie W. Lee of Greenville; his father, Burke A. Lee and his wife, Eileen of Greenville; a brother, Daniel R. Lee and his wife, Lisa; and two very special nieces, Emily and Kayla Lee, all of Greenville. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Eugene and Constance Pegues Ware; and his paternal grandparents, Dr. Walter M. and Mrs. Layla Sublette Lee.Visitation will be held from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, November 22, 2005 at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Downtown. Funeral services will be conducted 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, November 23, 2005 in the funeral home chapel.
