David Harvey Adams DELRAY BEACH, FL-83, of Delray Beach, FL and formerly of Schuylerville, NY passed away on January 24, 2011. He worked for 35 years at the Niagara Mohawk Power Company. David was a life member and past post commander of the American Legion #278. He was also a member of the National Honor Guard. David was predeceased by his sister, Dorothy Derby of Greenwich, NY, and 2 brothers, Carl Adams of Leesburg, FL & Harold Adams of Argyle, NY. He is survived by his wife, Catherine; 2 children, Cathy (Joseph) Grolley of Delray Beach, FL, David (Connie) Adams of Bailey, CO; 2 sisters, Beatrice Harrington of Greenwich, NY, Jane Cleveland of Salem, NY; 4 grandchildren, Daniel & David Grolley and Hilary & Tara Adams and several nieces and nephews. Graveside service with military honors will be held on Friday, January 28, 2011, 9:00AM at the South Florida National Cemetery, 6501 South State Road 7, Lake Worth, FL 33449.
