DANNIE RAY JOHNSON Dannie Ray Johnson, 51, a resident of Jacksonville for a number of years passed away on January 14, 2007. He was employed by Ernest Carroll Tile and Marble, Inc., and considered his employer and fellow employees as a part of his extended family. He enjoyed painting and art work. Mr. Johnson was predeceased by his parents, Virgil Lee and Cora Bell Johnson, also his brother Jack Johnson who died in a car accident in Alabama while on his way to attend Dannie Ray's funeral service. Survivors include his daughter, Jennifer Little (Scott), his brothers, Carl, Junior, Bobby, Michael, James and Tommy, his sisters, Marlene Clark, Janice Jett, Irma Thomas, Betty Mayberry, Brenda McBee and Barbara Peterson, and his grandchildren Scott Christopher Little, Jr., and Adian Joseph Little. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 18, 2007 at 10:00 AM at FRASER FUNERAL HOME 8168 Normandy Boulevard, Jacksonville, (904-781-4314) with Rev. Adam Bigelow officiating. Interment will follow in Gethsemane Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends TODAY from 5:00 until 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
