Daniel C. Kelly, 40 years of age, of Weymouth died unexpectedly in Orlando, Fla., Tuesday, April 27, 2010. He was born in Boston and was raised in Weymouth. He was a graduate of Weymouth High School. Daniel had been employed as a landscaper working for several landscaping firms in the South Shore area. He was an avid sports fan. He was a beloved son of Cornelius Neil X. Kelly of Weymouth and the late Nancy (Mace) Kelly. He was the beloved brother of Michael Kelly of Weymouth and Heather Kelly of Weymouth. He was the devoted uncle of Megan and Julia Kelly and Ryan and Jason Bosse. He is also survived by several aunts and uncles and many cousins. A prayer service will be held at the Mortimer N. Peck-Russell Peck Funeral Homes, at 870 Broad St. (opposite the U.S. Post Office in Jackson Square), East Weymouth, Tuesday, May 4, at 7 p.m. Visiting hours will precede the prayer service beginning at 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. Memorial donations may be sent to Town of Weymouth Office of Mayor Susan Kay, Weymouth Town Hall, 75 Middle St., East Weymouth, MA 02189, for substance abuse donation account.
