Dana R. Smith, 41     FRYEBURG -- Dana R. Smith, 41, of Fryeburg, lost his long and courageous    battle with cancer then Leukemia on Oct. 4, 2007, at Maine Medical Center.      Dana had received his certificate in Culinary Art which he put to use at different restaurants. Through all the ups and downs with this disease he kept a very high spirit and great personality which was contagious to everyone he met.      Dana is predeceased by his mother and his biological father. He leaves behind his young daughter Catelynn; stepfather Floyd Libby; four siblings; three sisters, Johann Pinkerton, Donna Smith, Diana Perkins and a brother, Edwin Smith. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews, cousins, uncles, aunts and many friends who will also sadly miss him.     A celebration of life will be held at 11 Brook Rd., Fryeburg, on Oct. 27, at 1 p.m. Call 1-603-312-2003 for directions.     Dana R.
