Dallis Mae Crutchfields Johnson, 63, died Oct. 29, 2006, at Lawnwood Regional Medical Center in Fort Pierce. She was born in Ashburn, Ga., and lived in Fort Pierce for 57 years, coming from Tifton, Ga. She worked as a dietician at a local hospital. She was a member of the Elks Lodge and American Le gion. Survivors include her mother, Queen E. Cheavers of Fort Pierce; sons, Willie Lewis and Loren zo Crutchfield of Fort Pierce; daughters, Jacquelyn Lewis, Barbara Moore, Delphine Grant and Winifer Facson, all of Fort Pierce, Belinda Facson of Lantana and Debra Crutchfield of Atlanta; brothers, Charles Crutchfield, Carlton Crutchfield, Ronell Crutchfield and Frank Crutchfield, all of Fort Pierce, Robert Crutchfield of Atlanta and Tony Crutchfield of Mulberry; sisters, Dollie McJones, Linda Crutchfield, Brenda Crutchfield, Eulia Crutchfield and Diane Forrester, all of Fort Pierce, and Dorothy Crutchfield of Atlanta; 15 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father, Willie Crutchfield; daughter, Lisa Brigham; brothers, Gergory Crutchfield and Lewis Crutchfield; and sisters, Michelle Dunham and Delores Washington. SERVICES: Visitation will be 3 to 7 p.m. Nov. 3 and 9 a.m. to noon Nov. 4 at Sarah's Memorial Chapel in Fort Pierce.
