WADE, Dale Thomas III Infant son of Dale T. Jr. and Courtney Coughlin Wade was born at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center on Thursday, January 24, 2008. Surrounded by his loving family, Dale went to heaven as one of God's angels on Friday, January 25, 2008. In addition to his parents, of Wellsburg, Dale is survived by grandparents, Larry and Patty Coughlin of Wellsburg, Dale T. and Tina Wade of Willawana PA; great grandparents, Edna Wade, William and Mary Timm, Patricia Parrish, William and Mary Norton, James and Joyce Coughlin; several aunts and uncles. Dale is predeceased by great grandfather, Arlo Wade; great grandmother, Nora Connors; and great aunts, Kathy Leach and Diane Martinez. Friends are invited to McInerny Funeral Home, corner of W. Water and Walnut Streets, on Monday, January 28, 2008 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. A prayer service will be held there on Tuesday, January 29, 2008 at 9:15 a.m. followed by a Mass of the Angels at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Lourdes Church. Burial will be in Ashland Cemetery, Wellsburg. Donations in Dale's memory may be directed to the Neo Natal Unit, Arnot Ogden Medical Center, 600 Roe Ave., Elmira NY 14905.
