FAIRFIELD - Dale D. Peters, 43, passed away suddenly from heart disease on Monday, June 2, 2014.Dale was born in Waterville on Dec. 27, 1970, the son of Sally and Dolan Peters.He attended Lawrence High School in Fairfield, and was employed as an arborist by Arbor Technologies. He was formally employed by Lohmann Animal Health.Dale played many sports over the years, and excelled at all of them. He was an avid outdoorsman and was often hunting, fishing, or camping. He was also an avid NASCAR fan and especially enjoyed following Dale Earnhardt Jr.He was predeceased by his maternal grandparents, John and Margaret Mitchell; and his paternal grandparents, David and Dora Peters.Dale is survived by his parents; his wife, Tara Peters; his three children, Brock, Ty and Ali Peters; his two sisters, Tammy Gidney and Amy Peters; his mother-in-law, Kathy Falbo; his fathers-in-law, Kerry Wacome and Michael Dostie; his brothers-in-law, James Gidney, Michael Morrison and Eddie DeBerry; his sister-in-law, Kristi Morrison; his nieces and nephews, Nadia Morrison, Aidan Morrison, Cody Thibodeau and Eddie DeBerry; and also many aunts, uncles, and cousins.Visiting hours will be from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, June 6, at Lawry Brothers Funeral Home, 107 Main St., Fairfield, where a funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, June 7.The family would like to thank all who have shared their sympathies during this time of need.Dale, words cannot express our sorrow. You will always be in our hearts and souls. Your light will live on through your precious children, and you will never be far from our minds. No matter how much time we had with you, it would never have been enough. We love you and miss you.
