Daisy Lee Jones Mrs. Daisy Lee Jones, 93, formerly of Monticello passed away on Friday, August 20, 2010, in Birmingham, Ala. Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. EDT Saturday, at New Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church, Ashville Highway, Monticello, with burial at Ashville Community Cemetery. Viewing/visitation will be Friday from 3 until 7:30 p.m. EDT at TILLMAN of MONTICELLO (850-997-5553).A native of Jefferson County, Mrs. Jones was a homemaker. She was a member of New Jerusalem for many years, where she served as a Deaconess. Cherishing sweet memories are her son, Willie Clarence (Elizabeth) Jones of Birmingham; one sister, Marie Hunter, Daytona Beach,- and numerous other relatives and friends.
