Dorothy Mary Harding of Stony Point passed away at home surrounded by her loving family on August 6, 2010 at the age of 82. Born in Stony Point to Peter Munderville and Anna Marie Margaret Peterson Munderville Callahan. She was one of five children. Dorothy was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Known as a strong, determined woman she was always there for her family. She loved to garden, especially flowers, to fish with her husband Frank and her family. Dorothy loved to spend time with her family and her door was always open. Bingo, Jig-saw puzzles, as well as going to casinos were some of her favorite activities. Dorothy worked part time for Letchworth Village Development Center. She was predeceased by her parents and her siblings Agnes Lewis, Peter Munderville, Katherine Fredericks and Robert Munderville as well as her step father Patrick Callahan and her ex-husband Alfred Govan Baisley. She was also predeceased by the love of her life Frank M. Harding aka Junie/Babe II. Dorothy is survived by her children Daniel R. Baisley and wife Karen of Pine Bush, NY; Donald A. Baisley of Modena, NY; Patrick V. Baisley of Pine Bush, NY; Peter T. Baisley and wife Karen of Washingtonville, NY; Darlene H. Rose and husband Paul of Stony point, NY; Anna M. Rose and husband Peter of Holland Patent, NY and Vernard G. Baisley and wife Paula of New Windsor, NY as well as 20 grandchildren , 21 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Family and friends may call at the Edward C. Finn Funeral Home in Stony Point on Sunday, August 8, 2010 from 2-4 and 7-9PM. A funeral service will be held at the Funeral Home on Monday at 10 AM with burial to follow at the Frederick W. Loescher Veterans Cemetery, New Hempstead, NY.
