Dorothy L. Williams SUDBURY Dorothy L. Tootsie (Bent) Williams, 62, died Thursday, Dec. 10, 2009, at Newton-Wellesley Hospital in Newton after a long illness. She was born in Concord, daughter of Rachel (Noyes) Bent of Sudbury and the late Albert Bent. A lifelong Sudbury Resident, she was a 1966 graduate of Lincoln-Sudbury High School. She had worked for the H.H. Scott Company formerly in Maynard and later was a self-employed house cleaner. In addition to her mother, she leaves son Gary C. Williams Jr. of Sudbury; a brother, Walter Bob Bent and his wife, Diane, of Palermo, Maine; and several nieces and nephews. A private funeral service from the Fowler-Kennedy Funeral Home, Maynard, is planned with the Rev. John Nash of Sudbury United Methodist Church officiating. Burial will be in Sudbury. Instead of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to Baypath Elder Services, Inc., 33 Boston Post Road West, Marlborough, MA 01752 or Sudbury Senior Center, 40 Fairbank Road, Sudbury, MA 01776.
