She moved to Sebring in 1999 from Hialeah, FL where she served as a volunteer at Hialeah Hospital. She was also preceded in death by her sister and brother-in-law, Janet and Dr. David Owens. Dorothy is survived by her husband, Raymond J. Peters, Sebring; daughters, Barbara Mullinex, Miami, Fl and Beverly Andrews of South Carolina; grandchildren, Edward Mullinex, Jodie Smith and Brian Huffstetler.
