SMITH - Donna (nee Kopf) Suddenly, November 11, 2011 of East Otto, NY. Beloved wife of Anthony E. Smith Jr.; beloved mother of Anthony E. Smith III, Karrie and Brooke R. (Matt) Duck; caring grandmother of Mitchell F. Duck, Alyssa H. Long and Anthony E. Smith IV. Donna is also survived by three sisters and one brother as well as several nieces, nephews and friends. At Donna's request no funeral services will be held and she chose to donate her body to science through the Univers tiy at Buffalo. A memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice of Little Valley in Cattaraugus County.
