HOLBROOK Dennis Carey of Holbrook, died October 7, at his home after a brief illness. He was 59. Dennis was born and raised in Charlestown and had been a resident of Holbrook for 32 years. He worked many years at Logan Airport as a traffic agent in freight services. Beloved husband of Linda (Sullivan) Carey of Holbrook. Father of Dennis Carey and his wife Amy of Middleboro, Heather Carey of Holbrook and Laura Slaven and her husband David of Raynham. Son of Anna (Brennan) Carey of Charlestown and the late Wells Carey. Brother of John Carey and his late wife Kathleen of TN, Kathy Andrea and her husband James of Charlestown, Stephen Carey and his wife Jeanne of Needham, Charleen Carey of FL and Philip Carey of Charlestown. He was "Pop" to his grandchildren Sarah, Aidan, Ethan, Erin and Lilly Rose. Also survived by the Sullivan Family and several nieces and nephews. Funeral from the Hurley Funeral Home, 127 So. Franklin St. (Rt. 37), Holbrook, Tuesday at 8:15 a.m., followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Joseph's Church at 9:00 a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Monday, 3-7 p.m. Interment Union Cemetery, Holbrook. Late U.S. Air Force Veteran.
